I have more people comment to me, "I don't know what I would do without Mother and Child!" Your business and courtesy to customers (and our little ones) is so appreciated. We all feel like a part of the M & C family.

Thank you and your staff for creating the wonderful store that is Mother and Child! This past Spring my family was preparing for a move. Rather than having a yard sale I brought all the used kids'
clothing and toys to Mother and Child. Many of these items have sold and I have outfitted my children for fall and winter on the proceeds.
I am grateful that there is such a wonderful place for New Hampshire families to go for gently used, good quality clothing and reasonable prices. As I settle in here, I will be sure to send our new neighbors to your store, even with the 45 minute drive it is well worth the trip!
May you continue to have record levels of consignments this fall and into the future! Many Blessings for all that you do to make Mother and Child the warm, welcoming store it is.

I like the challenge of a mission. Especially where it involves finding exactly what you want, and for barely any money. Better yet, I like the idea of recycling, reusing and reducing...and no, I am not busy hugging trees all day long,... I have surely thrown away the occasional labeled can, or put my melon rind in the trash when the compost pile seems miles away. Like anyone, I do what I can, and when I can, I do. Mother & Child makes many of these tasks quite effortless. Where else could I find pairs of children's used ice skates, in super condition, for my sister-in-law Sarah's 4 darling children? Where else can I trade forgotten baby clothes and toys, for countless Step 1 books for my reading 5 year old? And surely you know where a pregnant woman can shop her heart out, without emptying her purse? Yes, all this accomplished and for so little time and money at Mother & Child in Nashua, NH.  Owner Karen Keegan says it best, "What matters most to me is the ability to bring parents together, create community, make high-quality, natural products available, and recycle perfectly good children's clothing."
-I just wanted to tell you how heartwarming the story about your store was. At the risk of sounding like your mother, I am really proud of you. J Your store is a place I look forward to visiting and I’ve saved a lot of money by recycling our kids’ clothing too. The atmosphere/vibes in your store are inviting and supportive and you’re doing a great job spreading your ideals.Right now I am on complete bed rest with a high risk pregnancy at only 9 &1/2 weeks. (early contractions, typical for me, doctors have no solution except Progesterone and bed rest). I might sneak in for a maternity bra tomorrow after a doctor’s appointment depending on how my uterus is doing. Anyway, I just wanted to reach out and thank you for creating your store, and tell you that it means a lot to all of us moms out here!

I moved to NH just 3 months ago & found your shop on line. The store has room to look around (especially important with a 1.5 year old) and lots to
offer. I look forward to stopping buy as often as I can to get my great deals! Here is a pic of my daughter in a 6.00 OshKosh B'Gosh outfit, what a deal!
My grandson has a ball playing in the Playhouse you guys have set up in your shop. He loves it! And by the way...the new shop is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do most of my kids' shopping at your store (and my own when I was pregnant) and you are almost always the first store we try when we have a need for some clothes. The clothes are in great shape; my children love to play with toys and read books in your store while we shop; we can use your bathroom too, which is rare in some stores; and your staff is the best!

- Hi Karen... My family has moved to my home town here in Binghamton, NY. We moved at the beginning of the year and we're beginning to get adjusted to life here! But, my biggest lament is NO MOTHER AND CHILD!! There's one consignment store here, but the quality and selection is poor. I've been shopping at your store since I purchased my maternity clothes for Hannah (who is now 11 years old) - and it has been the primary place to purchase clothes for the kids. Even when I felt I could afford new, quality clothing I always opted for your store knowing that the clothing was being recycled and that your new items where made with fair labor practices. Maria
